Ballymote is a scenic parkland course with wide fairways across undulating countryside. Beginners and experienced players are welcome to visit.
This is a 9-hole course established in 1943. Fifty years later it moved to a new 9-hole parkland course located 1.5km east of Ballymote town, on the road for Catlebaldwin nestled among rolling hills to the north of Keshcorran Mountain and the caves of Kesh.
There are plenty of tricky holes and greens that offer a good challenge. The club is open to for membership and visitors are welcome at all times. The members’ weekly competition takes place on Sunday mornings, otherwise the course is not over busy.
Changing rooms, trolley hire and club hire are available.
